  • Thinking

    Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Krenz

    »Architecture is communication
    Communication is architecture«
The roots of Archwerk's architectonic philosophy can be found in the classic architects of our time, like Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, and Egon Eiermann, as well as the spirit of the Asian and Greek architecture. Clear architectonic symmetry, simplicity, and utility set the tone. Architecture has to blend in with the surroundings, create a space to live, and serve humanity itself: humankind as the focal point of architecture! People have the ability to think and communicate in both a task-oriented and abstract way. People are the only living beings able to create their own environment targeted to their special needs. The architect is responsible for creating ecologically sustainable living spaces.
